Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre on day 112 into our latest lockdown. This morning on the farm there is a beautiful soft peace and silence. Only the birds are making soft melodious music and I see one of my beautiful signs on the thinking path " The quieter you become the more you can hear" If we could all see the world in a beautiful wildflower we could hold infinity in the palm of our hands and eternity in an hour and relax into a calm, peaceful and mindful day.
