Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, Gardens and RetrEat centre. Since Sunday The Mindful Farmer has been quietly celebrating Limericks most recent All Ireland hurling win against Kilkenny. Now, this is historic - four titles in a row and I think it is only reasonable that a young fellow with a young Limerick heart like me can celebrate such rare happenings. During these times we can free our hearts and minds of worries, trials and tribulations and we can allow wonder into our lives. It is wonderful to see the gifts that this team has given us and it is equally wonderful that we have the health to enjoy with our friends and allow us to be who we are meant to be and where we are from and thank God for it all and for our minds to mirror these miracles of mystery.
