Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre. Throughout our lives we all may suffer from the act or lack of listening and that includes The Mindful Farmer. In an exchange of letters from Olga Ivanskaia and Borris Pasternack in "A Captive Of Time" there is a beautiful recognition and realisation. When a great moment knocks on the door of your life, it's sound is often no louder than the beating of your heart and it is very easy to miss it. To live a conscious life we need to constantly refine our listening and to realise that there is a special time for everything and everyone.
