Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre. As a very keen hurling fan and a very passionate Limerick man this weekend saw 4 amazing hurling teams compete for a place in the all Ireland final in 2 weeks time. It will be my native Limerick versus my adoptive Cork - what a contest it will make. These games are full of absolute and relentless passion but sometimes we are afraid of passion and where it might lead us but passion can also teach us to trust our instinct and it can take us to very interesting and amazing places where warmth will gather around your heart and create that spark to nourish that flame. That will cleanse darkness and a new you full of confidence will come alive, here we will all engage difficulty as our most rewarding threshold.
