The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 1210

Good morning everyone and welcome to another Sunday morning. Earlier this morning I had the pleasure of sharing some moments in the gardens with a guest who has a deep interest in prayer, meditation and living a good and peaceful life. She had these wise words for me about the heart - "a compassionate heart need never carry the burden of judgement, a forgiving heart knows the art of liberation and a loving heart awakens the spirit to possibility and engagement with others." Beautiful and wise words for me on this Sunday morning and before she left my company she said the heart is beautiful precisely because it is where God dwells and the heart is a divine sanctuary  not just on a Sunday but every day. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace, hope and love to all and wear your Sunday smile.
