The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 538

Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre. Last night I was watching The Late Late show and Ryan Tubridy was interviewing Boy George. I must admit that I was very impressed with what Boy George said. His message was that we should allow ourselves permission to be who we are. I would like to take that a little further and say that as a nation, we must allow all individuals to freely express who they really are and to live every day with the courage to live the life that we would love, to postpone our dreams no longer but to do at last what we came here for and waste our hearts on fear no more. Continue to pray, bless, power healing and peace to all who need it. Be mindful, be caring and wear your Saturday smile.
