The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 1208

Good morning everyone and welcome to Ballinwillin House Farm, Gardens and RetrEat centre. This morning as I walked through the gardens and was dead heading the roses, many of them were drooped with the sadness and impact of the nights storm and heavy rain. I felt sad for them as for months now they are building up their strength for their summer audition and suddenly nature sends a little tribulation called stormy weather to upset their day as it were. The same situation applies to our lives. We can start off in the morning full of energy, happiness and good will and suddenly something or someone will happen to upset us but then I come home to myself and all that is unlived in me will blossom into a future graced with love. The same will apply to the roses. They will recover and fill our senses with beauty, colour and fragrance to mind us for our lives and theirs. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace, hope and love to all and wear your Friday smile.
