The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 1189

Good morning everyone and welcome to the view from The Mindful Farmers window of wonder on this beautiful sunny Sunday morning. It is Fathers Day today they tell me and the texts are flying in from the children and making arrangements for a meal later in the day which is lovely. My own Dad passed away over 19 years ago and I still miss his physical presence so much. He taught me everything I know about nature, farming, the soil and respect. Then I had Miriams Dad up until 2 months ago, a man nearly 105 years old who also had a huge presence in my life and acted as my second Dad until passing. Another great man. Then thirdly, my Connemara Dad, Mick O' Neill, who passed away only recently and was a huge presence also in my life and especially my Connemara life. All three have passed to their heavenly reward and left me with a huge legacy of happiness and memories and I know they are looking after me and mine now in a way they never could when on earth because now they are nearer to the divine presence and watching over us, guiding us and protecting us. My three wonderful fathers have taught me to strand on sure ground and believe that every grace and want I need will unfold before me through prayer and thanksgiving just like on this beautiful morning and all the mornings of my life. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace, hope and love to all and wear your Sunday best smile.
