The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 480

Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre. The day is just beginning. It is nice, quiet and peaceful and you may have a moment to yourself and instead of getting out of bed and going into auto pilot and rushing around, sit for just a few minutes. "Think" about being thoughtful for the day and just let yourself be at peace and fully present where ever you sit. Take deep breaths and concentrate on the breaths. 1, 2, 3, 4 ,5 in and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 out. Repeat as often as you are comfortable doing so. This little process will get you into a mindfulness state for the day and put your mind at comfort. Continue to pray, bless and power healing to all who need it and wear your Thursday smile.
