Good afternoon everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre. In all our daily lives we must be careful and watch ourselves closely so that we don't forget the things our eyes have seen, the beauty of Mother Earth. It is vital we don't let them slip from our hearts. As long as we do live like our forefathers we must teach them to our children and them in return to their children. It is a wonderful, deep and heartfelt inheritance for all to cherish. Today, as we live in the parched descent of our modern world, observing and living with and in harmony with nature is like discovering a fresh well.
