The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 681

Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre. It is said that people aged a lot during the past 681 days and not in proportion to this almost two year span but many retired people aged more considerably due to isolation and loneliness. But now this is a time to ignore every effect of age except the wisdom it brings. We are here to live life again to the fullest and we are here to learn and to love. If we approach life mindfully and caringly we can do each of these much better and live fully in the now.
