The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 646

Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre. We are in the time of year that everyone likes or wants to be at home no matter where we are in life or in the world. My favourite thing to do at this time of year is to revisit the fields where I was born and reared in West Limerick and to rewalk the double ditches where we played and picked the fruits from the apple and plum trees or to walk along the river where all my mindful dreams were born. The essence of these thoughts and dreams was love. Love for the natural home, home of the heart, home of the soul. This time of year brings back a flow of memories. They can be great, they can be sad, but the truth is there is something real about them no matter the circumstances and they all relate to love. So, this Christmas week be with someone you love be it family, friends or spiritual love and when you do you will always be home and in the now. Continue to pray, bless, power healing and peace to all who need it and wear your smile.
