Good morning everyone and welcome to Ballinwillin House Farm, Gardens and RetrEat centre. Today is the final day in our RetrEat week and what a wonderful week it was. A topic that kept repeating itself all week was "kindness" and we all agree that kindness spreads in unexpected ways. Something deep in the human soul seems to depend on the presence of kindness. When someone is kind to you, you feel understood and you feel seen. Kindness has a gracious eye. So, for today and this weekend, cast a light of kindness on all you come into contact with and feel that warmth. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace, hope and love to all and wear your kind smile.
