Good morning everyone and welcome to Ballinwillin House farm, gardens and RetrEat centre. Another beautiful morning here on the farm and gardens and I feel privileged to be alive and present in this moment. If we are not present in this millisecond of life and conscious experience then we are not alive, we are merely thinking our lives and yet we have seen so many people die looking back over their shoulders at their lives and shaking their heads muttering in bewilderment what was that all about? Don't spend this weekend looking over your shoulder. Go out and live every moment as if it were your last. Continue with the prayers, bless and power healing to all who need it and wear your smile.
