Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre on day 43 of our latest lock down. The Mindful Farmer is feeling very spiritual during the month of February, nothing unusual about this, but more so than ever and I will tell you why. The amount of people who contact me regularly over spirituality is fast growing and there is a huge awareness out there. Spirituality is not about turning inwards. On the contrary, living a truly spiritual life is about living in a world with the conviction that God is to be found in everyone and everything. This belief makes us engage with the world and with truly great spiritual comrades and may we be able to listen to the secret heartbeat and think only of the joy we can all awaken spiritually together.
