Good afternoon everyone and welcome once more to The Mindful Farmers window of wonder and my Sunday view. Well, after a very busy morning looking after people in the B+B and looking after all the animals The Mindful Farmer is relaxing in the garden with a well deserved cup of coffee. It is very beautiful and peaceful here as always and peace is so important in this age of speed and urgency as the battle for control of our minds is fierce. It is vital we take time in private to rest, meditate and pray and spread the love of life to all around on this Sunday. The more we love the more loving we become. Love fosters kindness, love elicits respect, love clears the way for positive attitude, love inspires hope and confidence, love brings joy, peace, beauty and harmony and it is all around me here today.
