Good morning and welcome to The Mindful Farmers walk as he forages in Connemara along the Wild Atlantic Way. Such beauty by land, by sea. Such beauty in the wild plants, fuschia, heathe, the beautiful trees, and my favourite forage at this time of year, the beautiful and succulent wild black berries. There is nothing so fresh and nourishing as a wild blackberry lunch by the sea. As I sit here the fragrance of the sweet scented purple heather refreshes my heart and reminds me I am a child of this beautiful earth. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace and hope to all who need it and wear your Tuesday smile.
