Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre. Last evening and early this morning I spent a considerable amount of time alone, meditating and in solitude. When you are in the now, you are never truly alone. Your soul in all its beauty and brightness connects you intimately with the rhythm of the universe. It is in these moments you realise that you are unique and your soul is unique. Behind all existence there is something beautiful and eternal happening in your life. It is important to see yourself with delight, happiness, contentment, pride and expectation that God sees us in every moment. Continue to pray, bless, power healing and peace to all who need it and wear your Friday smile.
