A clear blue sky lights up everything and when this happens that quiet light that shines in every heart beams up also. Sunshine can illuminate our minds to see beauty and warms up our hearts to live life. Sunshine has a very healthy influence on our body and brain and a very positive influence. Also, it enables us to flourish. Today, on this Saturday, I want you all to flourish in the sunshine and allow our dark roots to ascend into blossoms.
