Good morning everyone and welcome to Ballinwillin House Farm, Gardens and RetrEat centre. It is day 3 in our week of RetrEats and today we will all join hands and shower blessings, peace, hope and love to all. We all possess that incredible power in our minds when we direct its light towards what we want in life. This is a  huge forcefield that opens when intention ficuses and directs itself towards transformation. May we all have this courage today and waste our hearts on fear no more.
