The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 1273

Good morning everyone and welcome. Recently I had the pleasure of catching up with a very dear friend and one who is full of wisdom. We discussed many issues and one was concerning "resentment". She said resentment is like holding a hot coal in your hand and expecting someone else to get burnt and she followed on about anger and how useless it is. She quoted "anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake." Now, we all know that neither anger or resentment are worth the space that they occupy in our minds or the damage they will do there. It is important to be aware that we don't carry the burden of someone else's mistakes or wrongs. We must learn to forgive and forget. I know this is not easy but it is possible. When we do so we can carry on living our lives to the full and for the benefit of all around who are near and dear to us. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace, hope and love to all and wear your Sunday best smile.
