Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, Gardens and RetrEat centre. It is a foggy October morning here but nice and peaceful in a special way. Every month brings its unique quality and when we go through the day in a mindful and caring way whether it is farming, gardening, cooking, cleaning, driving, walking or even talking we are then following in the path of truth and peace and justice. Then we are all bringing peace on earth in a more profound and expansive way than we can ever imagine and may all over the world come to ease on this beautiful Sunday.
