The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary 317

Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre on day 27 of our latest lock down. This morning the neighbourhood is cold with the winter freeze but soon we will experience the death of winter and the birth of spring, but also this morning in Ballinwillin we mourn the death and passing of Joe Mulcahy our neighbour, a legend in the music business and a founding member of the famous Maurice Mulcahy Band. A band that gave huge enjoyment to thousands of people worldwide. This morning our prayers are with his family, friends and neighbours. Now destiny calls Joe to a place of music where his trumpet will sound again for all our spiritual enjoyment, where his heart will always remain generous, all heavenly doors will open to his musical light as you now quietly befriend your death and you have no need to fear. You are among your own orchestra in the big band with your pure white suit you are now equal to your destiny and nearer to Earths heart. Rest in peace Joe. Continue to pray, bless and power healing to all who need it and wear your smile.

there would be no music without the dawn chorus so today let us all do our own piece of music or prayer or thanksgiving and let it be heard in the wind so that it can find its own force field and dwell uniquely between our hearts and the light.

Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, Gardens and RetrEat centre. Last night we had the pleasure of being at one of John Spillane's concerts in Durrow, Co. Laois and as usual he gave a great performance. He sang my song "The Mindful Farmer" and it went down really well but my favourite of the night was his song about the dawn chorus and how all of the birds of the sky gave their all first thing in the morning. I thought for a while and said to myself "wouldn't it be a wonderful life if we all sang a song of praise and thanksgiving every morning or a quiet, thankful prayer. John's message in this song was that there would be no music without the dawn chorus so today let us all do our own piece of music or prayer or thanksgiving and let it be heard in the wind so that it can find its own force field and dwell uniquely between our hearts and the light. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace and hope to all who need it and wear your Friday smile.

Let all intentions and worries stop and let us free inside ourselves and awaken the wonder and joy in all our lives

Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, Gardens and RetrEat centre. The weeds, fields and gardens are full of life this morning and there is vibrant colour everywhere. It is for all of us to share and enjoy and we should all be thankful for our land making our world so bright and now as we are approaching an Autumn once more and our beautiful Summer is set to fade, why not keep in our hearts a playful Summer song and joyful Summer memories that are sent to free our hearts. Let all intentions and worries stop and let us free inside ourselves and awaken the wonder and joy in all our lives. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace and hope to all who need it and wear your Thursday smile.

May all our experiences of belonging be generous enough for all our dreams and may we all arise each day with a voice whispering in our hearts.

Good morning everyone and welcome once more to The Mindful Farmers daily message. Earlier this morning I received a Whatsapp from Melbourne where my son, John, his wife, Laura and two children, Ada (4) and JJ (3) are living. JJ had clasped between his two little hands a small statue of the baby Jesus that I gave to him and his sister before they left a month ago now. He held the statue to his chest and said "thank you Grandpat, I love you Grandpat." What a start to any day and it has filled me with pride, hope and happiness for this day and has given me enough energy for the rest of the year. No distance can separate our love for the ones that are near and dear to us but the connecting force is God and when we are doing His will we will experience a lasting pleasure and connection that simply cannot be found anywhere else. May all our experiences of belonging be generous enough for all our dreams and may we all arise each day with a voice whispering in our hearts. Who's voice? Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace and hope to all who need it and wear your Wednesday smile.

Gods light in all of us will shine brighter for every day we invite it into the searching crevices of our minds, hearts and souls. Maybe today will be that day where peace, happiness and light will illuminate the hidden treasures in our fields of memory. It is up to us to believe it will.

Good morning everyone and welcome to our place of peace at Ballinwillin House Farm, Gardens and RetrEat centre. It is that time of year where the enjoyment of everything is much more tangible. Sunny days, long days, people on holiday, children enjoying themselves and their playful laughter audible everywhere, the animals in the fields are jumping with joy. It is the time of year that we really enjoy everything that is bright, true, noble, right, pure, lovely and admirable and if we hold these joyous things in our minds eye, Gods light in all of us will shine brighter for every day we invite it into the searching crevices of our minds, hearts and souls. Maybe today will be that day where peace, happiness and light will illuminate the hidden treasures in our fields of memory. It is up to us to believe it will. Another beautiful morning after the thunderburst experience of last night and this morning but always after a burst like this and also in our lives there comes a calm

Good morning everyone and welcome to this morning's experience through my window of wonder. Another beautiful morning after the thunderburst experience of last night and this morning but always after a burst like this and also in our lives there comes a calm and this morning as I walked through the farm the silence and peace was really beautiful and I felt all my ancestral angels walking with me and surrounding me, telling me they will guard me and protect me, my family, friends and all those I call into his realm. Have a beautiful, mindful, peaceful day, repeat your affirmation and the universe is moving with you to help you at all times and may we all know the urgency with which God longs for us all so trust, pray and continue to bless, power healing, peace and hope to all who need it and wear your Monday smile.

It is up to all of us to choose the happy life and place all our trust in God and then the more we will all enjoy life.

Good morning everyone and welcome to the view from my window of wonder on this beautiful Sunday morning. Earlier this morning I was in a local shop. It was quiet and when I approached the till I said to the attendant "isn't it a beautiful morning?" and he grunted back "ya" with a sour and displeasing face. I left and returned to my garden with the roses in bloom and I walked around with childlike delight, savouring all the beauty around me. It is up to all of us to choose the happy life and place all our trust in God and then the more we will all enjoy life. This morning I certainly felt that my eyes were anointed with wonder. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace and hope to all who need it and wear your Sunday best smile.

“If I can stop one heart from breaking, I shall not live in vain”

Good morning everyone and welcome to the sunshine drenched Ballinwillin House Farm and Gardens. A friend of mine brought this quote from Emily Dickinson to my attention earlier today, "if I can stop one heart from breaking, I shall not live in vain." Many problems are being experienced by people all over the world, children, men, women and you may think "what can I, as one person, do?" Well, the person I spoke with earlier said that when they were a child, they only needed one person to listen, only one person to understand, one person to love. Today, we can all be that one person. One is very important. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace and hope to all who need it and wear your Saturday smile.

“This vast ocean of love cannot be measured or explained but it can be experienced and we must live by faith and not by sight.”

Good morning everyone and welcome to my company this morning. I would like to quote you this morning from one of my granduncle Jacks wisdoms. "I want you to experience how wide, how long, how deep, how high Gods love is for us all." He then went on to say "this vast ocean of love cannot be measured or explained but it can be experienced and we must live by faith and not by sight." Wonderous words indeed. His kindness always dwelt in his joyous gaze. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace and hope to all who need it and wear your Friday smile.

My wish and prayer for this day is all that is strained within us will come to ease and may an unexpected serenity surprise us all.

What a beautiful morning here in Connemara. Water rippling in the sand pools, water rippling in the sea, all rolling into the shore line in Connemara. The soothing sound effects are rippling right into my relaxed mind and leaving me in a peaceful, relaxed and very happy frame of mind. My wish and prayer for this day is all that is strained within us will come to ease and may an unexpected serenity surprise us all. Wouldn't it be a lovely thing to do for ourselves and those who are dear to us, that when we look at our watches we remember a little prayer for someone in need or our prayer at this time of the day

Good morning and welcome to The Mindful Farmers thoughts for the day. The sun this morning is absolutely amazing and maybe it is something we take for granted at times. We use the sun for many functions like heating, drying, bathing and so on but the one function we use the sun for many times a day is based in Greenwich so that we are all in time with each other. Wouldn't it be a lovely thing to do for ourselves and those who are dear to us, that when we look at our watches we remember a little prayer for someone in need or our prayer at this time of the day and if you can everyday just like Greenwich uses the sun to power the time to us. Let us bless the sun today that enables us all to flourish so that our souls may stay in rhythm with our eternal breath. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace and hope to all who need it and wear your Wednesday smile.

Turn all your gifts outwards for all to see and rejoice that we are all children living in this beautiful sunshine, children of God.

Good morning and welcome to The Mindful Farmers world of thanksgiving and happiness. It is a responsibility of all of us to take our gifts and talents and to show gratitude to God for them and to use them to their full potential, to nurture them with care, love, devotion, imagination, creativity, zeal and above all else, hard work. We must also realise that these gifts are not for our own use only but for the good of all creations. So today, turn all your gifts outwards for all to see and rejoice that we are all children living in this beautiful sunshine, children of God. Sunshine has that ability to warm up our lives and our mental attitude but it is up to us to be the moonlight in someone else's darkest night.

Good morning everyone and welcome once more to the view from my window of wonder this Monday morning. What I see from very early this morning is brilliant, radiant sunshine. Sunshine has that ability to warm up our lives and our mental attitude but it is up to us to be the moonlight in someone else's darkest night. Sunshine and moonlight are the same light but there are times of course when it is more difficult to shine when more deeply needed. Lets pray this morning that this dawn light will illuminate our minds, hearts and souls for this week and this day. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace and hope to all who need it and wear your Monday smile.

we are very lucky that we can find this peace that is all around us, just sit in silence and let it sink in and then he finished by saying that even though we are lucky enough to enjoy these times of peace

Good morning and welcome to my thoughts for this day on a beautiful, very beautiful Sunday morning. My granduncle Jack told me a story one time as we sat in the fields admiring the nature all around us and the peace. He said "Patrick, we are so lucky that we can sit here and find our peace with God in our company. You know, Soloman was a very wise man but he could never think his way through peace." I don't know the source of Jacks information. He then said that we are very lucky that we can find this peace that is all around us, just sit in silence and let it sink in and then he finished by saying that even though we are lucky enough to enjoy these times of peace let us never forget our tormented brothers and sisters of this world. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace and hope to all who need it and wear your Sunday best smile.

When things are troubling us we should behave like the deer and imagine our feet like the feet of deer enabling us to walk to higher ground away from trouble, suffering or even responsibility. Free the mind, free the soul and calm and peace will flow inwards like a fresh breeze and stay in touch always with God.

Good morning and welcome this morning to our Farm, Gardens and RetrEat centre. This morning while in the fields the deer were dancing with delight and happiness. You could sense they were saying thank you Lord for this beautiful weather. When things are troubling us we should behave like the deer and imagine our feet like the feet of deer enabling us to walk to higher ground away from trouble, suffering or even responsibility. Free the mind, free the soul and calm and peace will flow inwards like a fresh breeze and stay in touch always with God. What we should all learn from this beautiful morning is not to rush. When we rush we forget who we are and who you are.

Good morning and welcome this morning to the view from my window of wonder. What I noticed this morning was how still everything was, no breeze, just beautiful sunshine that switched on the glow of the beautiful plants, trees and shrubs in the garden and half lit up the back of the animals as they rested before the days breakfast and then rested again. What we should all learn from this beautiful morning is not to rush. When we rush we forget who we are and who you are. So today, take time to rest by the wayside, a leisurely pace will accomplish more that hurried striving. Sit quietly for a while to receive God's blessing. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace and hope to all who need it and wear your Friday smile.

your words are like nitroglycerine, they can blow up bridges or heal hearts

Good morning and welcome once more to The Mindful Farmers world of peace. Earlier today I was fortunate to be in the company of a very kind and peaceful person, a wise person whose advice and company I treasure dearly and I was very taken by her peaceful words, She said "your words are like nitroglycerine, they can blow up bridges or heal hearts". What wonderful advice and we all want to heal hearts, don't we. We have a duty to be careful what we say. Our tongues have the power for life or death. As I sit here the fragrance of the sweet scented purple heather refreshes my heart and reminds me I am a child of this beautiful earth.

Good morning and welcome to The Mindful Farmers walk as he forages in Connemara along the Wild Atlantic Way. Such beauty by land, by sea. Such beauty in the wild plants, fuschia, heathe, the beautiful trees, and my favourite forage at this time of year, the beautiful and succulent wild black berries. There is nothing so fresh and nourishing as a wild blackberry lunch by the sea. As I sit here the fragrance of the sweet scented purple heather refreshes my heart and reminds me I am a child of this beautiful earth. We need our sources of life also and prayers, thanksgiving, blessings, hope and peace are all sources of life vital to our wellbeing. In the parched deserts of our so-called modern world all the afforementioned, especially blessings, can be like the discovery of a fresh well.

Good morning and welcome to our farm, gardens and RetrEat centre. For a while now the soil on the farm and in the gardens has been very dry and yearning for water. Yesterday our prayers were answered and we had a lovely day of soft rain providing plants and animals with their vital source of life. We are no different. We need our sources of life also and prayers, thanksgiving, blessings, hope and peace are all sources of life vital to our wellbeing. In the parched deserts of our so-called modern world all the afforementioned, especially blessings, can be like the discovery of a fresh well.
