The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 624

Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre. Yesterday while I was relaxing, my thoughts took me back to my Grandmother's shop, especially on a Sunday. After mass, her modest, rural shop would be packed with people. I can still get the smell of the fresh ham and the freshly baked bread and I remember the way she always carried herself, neat and very tidy and she always had a smile. What really stood out was that she always wore a colourful apron that she would occasionally rub her hands on. Granny always wore an apron but she always wore an apron of humility also. Aprons aren't much in fashion nowadays but I hope the humility of service that Granny exuded will always be. Continue to pray, bless, power healing and peace to all who need it and wear your Monday smile.
