The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 625

Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre. Yesterday I spoke about the beautiful attitude to life that my granny had and today I hope I am not boring you all out there as I am going to repeat to you what my Mam said to me on the 10th September 1975 when I left home to join An Garda Siochana ."Patrick" she said, "kindness is more important than wisdom and when you recognise this it is the beginning of wisdom". I don't know what was in the water in rural Ireland between 1900 and 1975 but the people were grounded on reality. They knew and lived in balance and harmony with Mother Earth. Very few had even a second level education but had every qualification going in the university of life. We owe these people a huge gratitude for the Ireland we had, and I say had because we need to reharvest the old values. Continue to pray, bless, power healing and peace to all who need it and wear your Tuesday smile.
