The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 287

Good morning and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, gardens and RetrEat centre on day 3 of our newest lock down. It is another beautiful and restful Sunday. My parents would often say how we spend our days is how we spend our lives. We always seem to think that if we just get through today, tomorrow will be better. This doesn’t always follow and it is no way to live our lives. We should not fit too much into any one day and even though I meditate on average 1.5 hours each day I find it is not enough to do what I need to do. When I meditate I need to add more with prayers and healing to all who need it. My plan for 2021 if I am still breathing is to spend more time alone and in prayer. In the early Christian times important changes and decisions were referred to the Holy Spirit for his sensitive promptings, for his advice and support so things will go well for me, my family and my friends. Wouldn’t it be nice for us all to do the same from now on? Have a lovely day and continue to pray. Bless and power healing to all who need it and wear your Sunday best smile.

God bless.
