Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, Gardens and RetrEat centre. Another beautiful July morning and a great day to be a Limerick person and a Limerick hurling supporter as we are all Ireland senior hurling champions for 2022. Triumphs like this are a great boost to the people of Limerick at home and abroad and isn't it wonderful that we can celebrate in a crowd again. Great to be able to celebrate anyway, anytime and from tomorrow on and for the rest of this week I will be hosting RetrEats here with one to one, three hour sessions up to Friday evening and then on Saturday a full day RetrEat from 9am - 4pm with vacancies still available. I really enjoy the RetrEats where I can help people find peace in their minds in such a busy world that we now live in. The greatest quest in life has always been the search for peace.
