The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 853

Good morning everyone and welcome once more to Ballinwillin House Farm, Gardens and RetrEat centre. It is a busy Sunday morning here this morning. Firstly we had a full house in the bed and breakfast and then it was feeding time for all the animals, checking water troughs to ensure they all have water as the weather is very dry and hot. Then we have the all Ireland senior hurling final. My native Limerick are playing Kilkenny. A great occasion and I'm really looking forward to it. It will be a test of my nerves and heart. It is a lovely way to spend a Sunday as it takes all your concentration and involvement away from the noise of life, almost a perfect meditation. There will be time for prayer and silence also and I will continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace and hope to all who need it. Wear your Sunday best all Ireland final day smile.
