Good morning everyone and welcome to the view from The Mindful Farmers window of wonder this morning. What I see this morning is the beauty that is radiant in the garden and the perfume of my beautiful roses. I see more, hear more and absorb the fragrances more deeply when I sit in purposeful silence. Here I sit, pray, meditate, ponder in a calm, relaxed manner. It is such a perfect way to start a day, or indeed any time of the day. It is a gift we can give to ourselves at any time of every day.
