The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 909

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to A Mindful Farmers Sunday. Every Sunday is always a special day for many reasons. Firstly, we have more time to rest. We have more time for peace and more time for each other. On a farm, first and foremost we will always look after the animals ensuring they have plenty of grass, feed and water and they are all in full health. Then we look after our own needs and those of our family. I am often reminded by what my parents used to say after mass on a Sunday morning "have room in your hearts for some person or people who have no room anywhere today" and it always comes to my mind on a Sunday. It was very wise. If there is no room in the heart then there will be no room in the house. So today, on this Sunday, have some place and space in your heart for someone and you will be all the better for it. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace, hope and love to all who need it and wear your Sunday smile.
