The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 910

Welcome everyone and today is a special day being World Mental Health Day. Today I am going to be joined in prayer and peace by some very special people. We will be concentrating on the "wind" at this particular moment. We will not dwell on the past and we will not dream of the future. We will sit and dwell in peace and in the now. In your minds eye pick anything or anywhere from the sun to the ocean and combine this visualisation with your breath and repeat the sequence several times. As you inhale and reach out your arms in front of you, hold the image in your mind. Now exhale and bring both hands to your heart all the while thinking of the image. When we perform this simple little exercise we can voyage anywhere in the world or send our problems away to anywhere in the world and free our minds from our worries and our troubles and they will all pass. It is also important that we bless each other today and every day as a blessing is a circle of light drawn around a person to protect, heal and strengthen so for today continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace, love and hope to all who need it and wear your Monday smile.
