The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 1232

Good morning everyone and welcome. Earlier this morning in the orchard area I was admiring some Canadian Redwood trees, "Giant Sequoia" that we planted in the winter of 2021. This type of tree, it is said, can live up to 4000 years and was once reported to be the oldest living thing in the world. I then thought to myself how many generations of Mulcahys will enjoy these trees once I have passed? In my company when planting these trees were my son John, his son JJ and daughter Ada. They were just 4 and 2 years old at the time. John, my son and I planted them as with many other trees in past years and the reason for doing so is to give back to the environment and nature as we have taken so much from them over the decades. Nature, Mother Nature is a force. Our source of breath enables us and flowers to flourish. It is our reservoir of the future. Continue to pray, bless, power healing, peace, hope and love to all and wear your Monday smile.
