The Mindful Farmers Daily Diary Day 1231

Good morning everyone and welcome to Ballinwillin House Farm, Gardens and RetrEat centre. It is amazing the people we meet as we run our bed and breakfast. The atmosphere is always very relaxed and after breakfast there is always a discussion and invariably the question of peace and mindfulness is brought up. Over the weekend we had some very mindful and peaceful guests. One of the guests, a lady who works as a therapist, made the following statement "Patrick, real goodness is always simple and simplicity is so attractive and so profitable that it is strange that so few people are really simple.” Now, there is something to ponder on this wet July Sunday.
